Es ist bemerkenswert, dass Mosho Tzavela aus Souli stammte und w\u00e4hrend der osmanischen Herrschaft soll sie zusammen mit anderen Frauen aus Souliot die F\u00fchrung im Kampf gegen die Osmanen und insbesondere Ali Pascha \u00fcbernommen haben.<\/p>

Nach der ersten Version der Legende st\u00fcrzte Javelaina mit ihrem Pferd auf diesem Weg und wurde get\u00f6tet. So erhielt die Treppe ihren Namen. <\/p>
