Booking Terms
- Your reservation will be confirmed once the hotel verifies availability and the required deposit has been received
- The tour will be organized by a travel agency and there is civil liability insurance coverage. The tour will take place on a specific day after consultation with the hotel, and transportation will be provided by mini-van along with a guide.
This package is valid for stays from 30 August 2026 to 31 October 2026, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, please refer to the detailed cancellation policy below:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date, the 30% deposit is refundable.
For any cancellation made between 29 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 30% of the total booking amount will apply.
For any cancellation made between 13 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
For any last-minute cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure, a charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
Stay dates may be changed for a future stay, in coordination with the hotel and subject to availability. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date. Price differences may apply for new travel dates.
Subject to certain conditions, the hotel may offer a flexible rebooking option or a credit voucher valid for future stays for up to 12 months.
