How can I make a reservation?
The easiest and cheapest way to make a reservation is directly online through our website (click here). A credit card number is required to confirm the reservation. You can also make a reservation directly by phone by calling (+30) 2666041300 or by sending a reservation request by email to info@pigeshotel.gr.
How can I pay?
The payment methods accepted by our hotel are as follows:

- American Express Card
- Visa card
- Mastercard card
Do you offer activities?
If you wish your holidays to be enriched with activities (sports, nature tours, gastronomic, etc.) we are at your disposal to create the appropriate package of services, specially designed for your needs.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes there is a restaurant with a view of the Acheron Springs
Is there a parking space?
Yes there is within the premises.
How close are the Springs?
The Acheron Springs are just a stone’s throw from the hotel. In front of our hotel, the first springs are located in the river and starting from the hotel a path begins to walk and see the rest of the springs. For more click here.
How close are the beaches?
The nearest beaches are within a radius of 20-30km. For more click here.
Is there a pharmacy nearby?
The nearest pharmacy is just 1.5km away in the village of Glyki.
Frequently Asked Questions – Accommodation & Breakfast
When can I check-in?
The check-in time to enter your room is 15:00. In case you arrive at our hotel earlier, we will try to give you the room earlier than 15:00, but this depends on the time when the room is vacated by the previous occupants.
Similarly, if you would like to stay in your room after 11:00 on your departure day, we will try to accommodate you, but again this depends on the arrival time of our next guests. Obviously we are not able to guarantee that you will have your room earlier or later than the set times, but in any case we will make every effort to accommodate you.
What time should I check-out?
The departure time is until 11:00 am. Late check out can be granted subject to availability. There is a dedicated luggage storage area in the reception area in case you arrive early or want to stay longer enjoying your stay until the last minute.
Where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in a breakfast room daily from 07.30 to 10.30. For more information about breakfast click here.
What about room cleaning?
The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are “renewed” every 2nd day.
Is there an internet connection via Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
Is there a laundry service?
The hotel offers a laundry service at an extra charge. (except Sundays)
Is there a safe in my room?
Yes, there is an electronic safe, which is free to use.
Is smoking allowed inside the hotel?
No, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel and in the rooms.
Do you have apartments for disabled people?
No.
Frequently Asked Questions – Booking Policy
How can I cancel a reservation?
The management of Piges Hotel kindly requests the customers to inform in time by written communication about any changes in their stay or cancellations concerning their reservation at email: info@pigeshotel.gr
In case of cancellation, our policy is in accordance with the “Regulation of Hotelier-Customer Relations” of the Greek National Tourism Organisation and the current legislation of the Ministry of Tourism of Greece.
In cases of “force majeure” (e.g. natural disasters, acts of God, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or provision without notice if necessary.
In this case, the hotel will be obliged to refund the entire amount paid for your reservation and will make every effort to provide you with accommodation in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city, offering similar facilities and amenities.
Is there a free cancellation?
In case of cancellation 21 days before your scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded.
When is the cancellation of a reservation charged?
- For any cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For any cancellation 20 to 14 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total reservation will be charged.
- Any cancellation 13 to 8 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
- For any last minute cancellation during the 7 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show or early departure, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
