Booking Terms
Minimum Stay
- A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required to qualify for the Long Stay 7+ Package.
Included
- Greek Breakfast buffet served daily
- One (1) bottle of local wine is placed in the room upon arrival.
- Two (2) complimentary dinners at the hotel's à la carte restaurant (table reservation required in advance).
- Complimentary Transfer: 2 routes / 7 Nights. Valid for private transfer from/to Aktion Airport (Preveza) or Igoumenitsa Port.
Eligibility
- The offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotional price, package or discount.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, please refer to the detailed cancellation policy below:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date, the 30% deposit is refundable.
For any cancellation made between 29 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 30% of the total booking amount will apply.
For any cancellation made between 13 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
For any last-minute cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure, a charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
Stay dates may be changed for a future stay, in coordination with the hotel and subject to availability. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date. Price differences may apply for new travel dates.
The hotel may, under certain conditions, offer a flexible rebooking option or a credit voucher for future stays, valid for 12 months.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these booking terms and payment policy at any time, without prior notice, provided that any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
