Booking Terms
- The package is valid for the period April – July 2026, for all days (01/04/2026 to 13/07/2026).
- The package is valid from April to July 2026, for all dates between 01/04/2026 and 13/07/2026.
- Half-board includes a rich Greek breakfast buffet, and one meal per day which you can choose as lunch or dinner at our restaurant operating next to the hotel. (There is a charge for drinks and soft drinks.) The free day includes only breakfast and not a meal.
- Rafting is available for 2–8 people per boat. A training session will take place beforehand, followed by a river descent with a certified guide. The provided equipment includes paddles, a life jacket, and a helmet. You should bring a second pair of shoes that can get wet, swimwear, a towel, and athletic clothing.

- The listed prices include VAT and the environmental climate change resilience fee (accommodation tax), €5.00 per daily use of each room.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, please refer to the detailed cancellation policy below:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date, the 30% deposit is refundable.
For cancellations 20 to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For any cancellation made between 13 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
For any last-minute cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure, a charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
Stay dates may be changed for a future stay, in coordination with the hotel and subject to availability. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date. Price differences may apply for new travel dates.
The hotel may, under certain conditions, offer a flexible rebooking option or a credit voucher for future stays, valid for 12 months.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these booking terms and payment policy at any time, without prior notice, provided that any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
