Booking Terms
Minimum Accommodation:
A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required to qualify for the Stay & Drive Package.
Included:
Greek Breakfast daily
Car rental for the whole stay
(standard class, insurance included, fuel not included
).One (1) bottle of local wine is placed in the room upon
arrival.Two (2) complimentary dinners at the hotel’s à la carte restaurant (table reservation required in advance).

- The offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotional price, package or discount.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that your travel plans may change unexpectedly.
To ensure transparency and equality, please refer to the detailed cancellation policy below:
Basic Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 21 days prior to arrival:
No cancellation fee. The deposit will be returned
in full. - Less than 20 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show:
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the package will apply. - Early Departure:
In case of early departure, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
Amendments:
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date.
- Price differences may apply for new travel dates.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control (natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions, etc.), the hotel will offer a flexible re-booking option or a credit voucher for future stays, valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.
Additional Notes:
- All cancellations or amendments must be notified in writing (via email or official booking platform).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working
days from the confirmation of the cancellation. - The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes will not affect existing confirmed reservations.
CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS & CONDITIONS USES
Provider
Car rental is arranged through a certified local partner.
Guests sign a direct agreement with the provider upon
pick up of the vehicle.Driver requirements
Minimum age: 23 years, maximum: 70 years.
Valid EU or International driving licence valid for at least 12 months.
A credit card in the driver’s name and a valid ID/passport are required.
Additional drivers may be registered for an additional fee.
Vehicle use
Vehicle: compact/economy category suitable for 2-4 passengers.
Supplied with a full tank of fuel. Must be returned full.
Use is restricted to mainland Greece, unless otherwise authorised.
Upgrades are available upon request at an additional cost.
Insurance Coverage
Included:Civil Liability to Third Parties
Fire and Theft Safety (with participation)
Collision Damage Waiver (with participation)
Not included:
Damage to tyres, bottom or interior
Loss of keys/documents
Damage caused by negligence or drink-driving
Optional Full Insurance (Super CDW) available upon request at the Provider’s office.
Guarantee and Advance Payment
Credit card pre-authorization will be requested upon receipt.
The deposit is released within 5-10 working days after the return, pending the audit.
Receipt and Return
Pick up/return at the hotel reception or local office (subject to availability)
It must be in line with check-in/check-out times.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Restrictions of Use
The tenant agrees not to:
Driving outside authorized areas or on ferryboats without authorization.
Allows entry to unauthorized drivers.
Use of a vehicle for racing, towing or commercial purposes.
Transport of pets or goods that cause damage.
Any fines, tolls or violations are the responsibility of the renter.
Emergency needs
In case of accident or damage:
- Immediately notify the 24-hour service of the Provider and the hotel reception.
- A police report is required for any third party incident.
- Liability
The hotel is not responsible for any damage, accident or loss involving the rental car. All disputes are governed by Greek law and the policies of the Provider. - Acceptance
Booking this package implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions of car rental.
